Resolver to Showcase Newest Command Center Applications--Command Dispatch and Officer Mobile-- at the 62nd ASIS Annual Seminar and Exhibits, Sept 12th in Orlando Florida.

The leader in Risk and Incident Management software is attending the upcoming seminar showcasing its newest offerings for Virtual Security Operations and Global Security Operation Centers.

Resolver will be on-site at ASIS 2016 to unveil their next generation of applications, Command Dispatch and Officer Mobile. These apps add computer-aided dispatching, a robust mobile app for customers, indoor location mapping, and a communications and task management toolset to the Resolver arsenal. For customers, these apps translate into an enhanced ability to identify threats, respond to incidents, and improve situational awareness.

"We are seeing command centers and SOC's in the corporate sector taking on a new approach. Dispatch and CAD is back at the forefront of this transition," said Brian McIlravey, EVP of Command Center Applications for Resolver. "Resolver's Command Dispatch combines aspects of what is happening, where it's happening and officer locations in a single platform, serving as an operator's main situational intelligence tool."

Command Dispatch and Officer Mobile represent two of the five pillars for Resolver's Command Center offering. Resolver's Command Center is an intuitive security operations software to help you identify events, manage response resources, enforce procedures, and document events and incidents. It combines Resolver's powerful dashboard and analytical tools to help you identify patterns and trends in your data.

"In conversations with the market, the need for a turn-key, value-oriented command center option that provides standard integrations to the leading ACS and VMS products became obvious," states Will Anderson, CEO of Resolver. "The newest release of Command Center meets those requirements and allows us to fully support our customer's response and investigation needs."

"Command Dispatch gave me peace of mind that procedures would be followed rather than forgotten," states Michael Mics, security industry leader who has implemented Command Dispatch at a number of facilities. "I was able to see what was going on, what resources were deployed, and what I had available for the next incident."

Resolver's Director of Alliances, Dan Ireland, noted, "Whether it's a simple integration to auto-create dispatches or synchronize event data to incident records, or an advanced integration with associated live and recorded video, device status, and geospatial views, right up to enterprise integration with leading PSIM vendors like Sureview Immix, Resolver Command Center will deliver."
